MyFieldAudits Support

The Sentiment Analysis Report helps you gain a broader understanding of your audience's comments and feedback. This is accomplished through the tracking of specific keywords from your audience's recently completed surveys.

Once you choose your Location, Audit, and Date Range, you'll see a window giving you an 

 total # of questions answered across all (selected) audits within dates

 average rating of questions that have comments attached

Those are setup by your product owner. Head to the 

Choose which audit you want to add keywords to, then click the pencil icon to edit:

 bubble and begin adding keywords you want to track.

Make sure you are saving them using the floppy disk icon:

Once you head back to the Dashboard, you'll see all of your added keywords:

For AND combinations, choose your two keywords and click the up arrow, then Enter:

Same thing for OR combinations, just click the down arrow:

Once your keywords are logged, it will analyze all of the surveys that contain them. This analysis will compare surveys using those keywords to the overall score of all your surveys, showing you the relative difference (variance):

In this example, the Overall score across all surveys is 

 variance from the overall average. However, surveys containing the word 

You can also expand the view for each keyword to see which questions those keywords were commented on, the variance for that question, and how many times it was mentioned:

Authentication tokens are sent by someone in your organization via the desktop Admin Panel on 

, they are what give you access to the surveys. These 6-digit tokens are unique to your location, but can be used across multiple devices. 

Tokens can only be sent out once a survey has been created by someone with Survey permissions on their account. If you'd like to learn more about survey creation & management, 

Once you've entered the token, you're ready to start capturing feedback from your surveys.

Getting Set Up

 - confirm and regularly test/check your connection 

 - device is connected to a power supply if being used at a kiosk  

 - this will keep the screen from turning off 

- block it, either through device settings or the kiosk itself 

 - make sure the fit is nice and snug, and that it is locked; if using as a community tablet, ensure there is a hangout/collection procedure in place

 - place in central area that is easily visible and accessible from where your audience enjoys your service

 - engage with your audience about the kiosk and the valuable feedback they can provide through it

Additional Setup Tips

Once you're logged into the Admin Panel and click Surveys, click on the survey that you would like to send a Token out for:

A list of the locations that survey has been assigned to will drop down. Locate yours, and type in your email. Then, click 

You are given a few different options for how you would like to present your surveys:  

  Share the link directly with your audience to allow them to complete a web version of your survey. You could post on company pages or anywhere they visit often.

Print the QR code at your point of service to allow your audience to quickly provide feedback on the spot. They just need to open their devices camera and scan the QR code - they'll be automatically directed to a mobile version of the survey.

 Setup your kiosk at a communal place that your audience visits often, or use a simple touch-to-table method. Once the app is downloaded on your tablet or mobile device, use your 6-digit token to login.

Creating & Managing Surveys

This article walks through some of the various insights you can explore on the MyCustomerVoice - Guest Insights report if you're using our Guest Feedback module. We also encourage you to explore the

Select the Guest Survey Insights tab on the left

Select the applicable Survey and Date Range

Overview: This highlights the overall score and number of responses for the survey and time period selected

5. The section shows the score for each Question and how many times it was answered out of the total number of survey responses (example: 15 of 23 means this questions was answered only 15 times out of the total number of survey submissions.

6. By default, all comments and suggestions are shown.  You can deselect questions to filter and only include comments related to certain aspects of your survey

Additionally, you can use the Search Comments and Suggestions bar to look for key items that were mentioned. This will also update the 

score, telling you how surveys scored whenever those search terms are mentioned. 

 Further down the report there are various trend charts to track insights over time.
