Summary Report

What is the Summary Report?
The Summary Report is a comprehensive way to view results from multiple audits. It can answer a lot of different questions, including:
- What are the most frequent issues that my teams are facing?
- What are the details (photo, video, comments) surrounding those issues?
- Are those issues trending up or down?
- Are standards being followed? Where?
Where do I find it? Summary Report can be found under Reports > Summary Report, as seen above
Ok, how do I use it? There are two areas to focus on:

Deficiencies
These are logged whenever someone performing an audit scores a question with a Thumbs Down. Your Summary Report gives you the totals.
They are grouped by question, which allows you to track any trending problems across multiple locations and audits:
Sort by: Category, Audit, Total Deficiencies, and # of Resolved/Opened

Findings
These are items that your teams are excelling and going above and beyond in. Use these Findings as ways to spotlight stand-out team members or areas of your community:
