Where can I view my financials on my Host dashboard?

There are a few views that Hosts can use to access financial information:

(Aggregate finances, sorted by pay period)

Earnings Tab

Click the Earnings tab on your Host Dashboard to view a breakdown of your finances for each period. Here, you will see a breakdown of your Income, Expenses, and net Earnings by month and by property.

CSV files are also available for download to view transaction-level details on both billings and collections.

(Finances on a property level)

Property Tab

Click “Manage” → “Properties” → Select property → Click “Earnings” to view a breakdown of financials for a specific property.

Portfolio Performance

When you log-in to your dashboard, you will see a “portfolio performance” section that provides an aggregate view of your earnings
