When do I get my address and move-in details for my PadSplit?

For security purposes, the addresses and lock codes for PadSplits are not provided until a Member's move-in day.

By 9:30am EST on your move-in day:

ou’ll see your address, door code, and move-in instructions on your PadSplit dashboard. Access it by logging in through the PadSplit mobile app or website.
