Is my property ready to list?

Before listing your PadSplit, check to make sure that you have completed the following:

Make sure all

 utilities 

are in place

Furnish the property and make it feel like home for your Members

Have a sufficient number of

 photographs 

for each room

 Stress test 

the home’s appliances and systems

Make sure there are enough trash bins for both the interior and exterior

Label all bedrooms clearly with a color that contrasts the color of the door.
