How to list your home on PadSplit

Make sure you have created your Host account. On the homepage of
, click the “get started” button and select “become a Host”. Enter your information and confirm that your account has been created.
Click the “start a listing” button in the bottom left corner to begin the listing process. Follow the prompts to complete the listing.
Once you have completed the listing, our team will be notified and you will hear from us within 48 business hours. You will know that the property has been added to our queue for review if you see that the property status is pending approval in your Dashboard home.
Listed below are some tips for completing your listing
Do not allow more than 1 car per room. Set the maximum capacity for the home at a number that will not upset the neighborhood. Consider whether or not a lot of people in the neighborhood already park on the streets.
Parking
Rooms and Pricing Have room numbers and pricing already determined. Choose a naming convention by using themes. Do not use bedroom 1, bedroom 2, etc, as names. Pick neutral themes like states, colors or types of flowers.
