No, PadSplit does not allow pets of any kind.

Service and Emotional Support Animals are not considered pets and will be allowed in PadSplit homes. Service and Emotional Support Animals must be registered with PadSplit. Ideally, registration will occur before you book your first room, but registration applications are accepted at any time. To begin the registration process for a service or emotional support animal, please email  support@padsplit.com .

Unregistered animals may be considered pets and therefore subject you to penalty or membership termination.

PadSplit is a co-living arrangement, so it's important to maintain control of your animal at all times. Please remain conscientious of your Padmates. It may be best to not leave your animal alone in your room. The owner shall maintain control of the animal at all times. This is for the protection and well-being of other household members. The support animal must be current on all required vaccinations. You alone will be expected to maintain cleanliness and care for your animal. The member should provide proof of these vaccinations when they register the animal with PadSplit.

The Member is responsible for cleaning up any messes and paying for any damages related to the animal. The registered animal must not produce excess noise. Failure to abide by these rules may result in , or a  Notice to Vacate  for the Member.
