Do Members sign leases? What are the minimum stays?

PadSplits requires a minimum commitment period unless you have upgraded and paid for flexibility. Depending on the PadSplit you book, you will either make a 31-day minimum commitment period OR select between a 5 week, 12 week, or 24 week minimum commitment period.
